Peter Neumayer was Managing Partner of LION Advisors GmbH, Germany’s largest hedge fund and Managing Partner of the first InvestmentAG (German SICAV). In 2003 Peter managed the successful MBO of the Lion Global Opportunity Fund from HypoVereinsbank in Munich. From 1997 to 2003 as Managing Director (2000) he was responsible for the Equity Proprietary Investment and Alternative Investment Division at HVB Group. Before that Peter Neumayer spent 20 years at BayernLB where he was instrumental in installing an equity proprietary trading department. Altogether Peter combines 25 years of proprietary trading with 20 years of management experience and a unique skill set regarding the German hedge fund market.
